Jenna Depoy
Jenna graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Political Science and Legal Studies, where she also completed a fellowship in Political and Legal Theory. Jenna then went on to pursue her Juris Doctor at Charleston School of Law, where she was the President of the Moot Court Board and Vice President of the Business Law Society. She also represented her school in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria.
Jenna is a corporate attorney at Cobb Hammett, specializing in business formations, commercial real estate transactions, contract drafting, and a wide range of business matters. She represents commercial landlords, creditors, and serves as general counsel for various businesses, assisting with all their legal needs. Jenna is licensed in South Carolina and also admitted to practice before the South Carolina District Court Bar and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
