Thomas Krahe, Esq
Tom Krahe is an energetic and dedicated corporate law and civil litigation attorney representing clients in the Charleston area and throughout the state of South Carolina. When not in the courtroom, Tom specializes in assisting clients with contract drafting, company formation, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate transactions.
Although Tom is a Richmond Virginia native, he has called Charleston home for the last 5 years. Before receiving his J.D. from Charleston School of Law, Tom studied finance at Virginia Commonwealth University and worked in residential mortgage lending at Capital One.
While in law school, Tom was a presidential scholar and honored with Cali Awards of Excellence in Contract Drafting and Eminent Domain and Takings. Outside the classroom, Tom was a finalist in the school’s internal moot court competition, assistant editor for the maritime law review bulletin, MALABU, and a research assistant for Professor Dylan Malagrinò. Before graduating Tom also had the privilege of serving as an extern for the Honorable Richard Gergel, U.S. District Judge for South Carolina.
