Thomas A. Shook, Esq.
Mr. Shook is a native of South Carolina, an Eagle Scout, and a Navy veteran. While in law school Mr. Shook received the CALI award in Corporate Tax, was Editor in Chief of the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal, a member of Phi Delta Phi, and a student member of the John Belton O’Neill Inn of Court. He authored Ninth Circuit Rejects Narrow Interpretation of “Responsible Corporate Officer,” (note Spring 1999), South Carolina Environmental Law Journal, and The Submarine War in the Pacific, (Spring 1996), War Studies Journal, King’s College, London.
Mr. Shook is admitted to the South Carolina Bar and is a member of the Real Estate Practices Section. He has appeared on numerous panels, authored several continuing education programs, and has been a past participant on the faculty of the South Carolina Master in Equity’s Bench/Bar and the South Carolina Bar’s “Law School for Non-Lawyers.” Mr. Shook primarily practices in the areas of both commercial and residential default servicing.
