Jenna Depoy
Jenna graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Political Science and Legal Studies, where she also completed a fellowship in Political and Legal Theory. Jenna then went on to pursue her Juris Doctor at Charleston School of Law, where she was the President of the Moot Court Board and Vice President of the Business Law Society. She also represented her school in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Competition in Vienna, Austria.
Jenna is a Partner and head of the Real Estate Law Division at Cobb Hammett. She provides corporate transactional services to meet her business clients’ legal needs, whether it be from commercial real estate transactions, 1031 exchanges, business formations, contract drafting or other business matters. She represents business owners, real estate investors, commercial landlords, creditors, and serves as general counsel for various businesses, assisting with all their legal needs.
